Brittany is the owner of Shear Beauty Salon which she opened in 2016. Her passion began when she was a little girl and she was cutting her barbies hair. Britt specializes in custom hair color, razor cutting, and her signature long layered haircuts. Brittany has continued her education at the Aveda institute in Soho, the TiGi Academy in New York, and has attended many classes along the East coast from Salt Society, Masters of Balayage, DomDomHair, Jacob Khan, Gina Bianca & Mane Ivy.

Lacey is New Jersey born and raised. Lacey’s goal in life is to make each person who sits in her chair look and feel their absolute best. Lacey developed a passion for hair as a little girl, and began her career behind the chair in 2014. Lacey loves performing all types of services, however, she specializes in balayage, precision edge hair cutting, and her round brush blowouts. Lacey is trained by Masters of Balayage, Salt Society, Jacob Khan and DomDomHair.
